What types of insurance do you accept?
We will be re-approved with Medicaid starting January 1st, 2018.

 
Is your company an in-patient or out-patient facility?
We are an out-patient facility. If you are looking for in-patient or detoxification units, please click the resources button.

 
Does your company offer Level I Courses?
No, we do not.



What group classes do you offer?

We have groups for Domestic Violence, Same-Sex Domestic Violence, Level II Education, Level II Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, Substance Abuse, Parenting, Anger Management, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.



How soon can I start classes?
Before you start classes, you must complete an intake appointment. Intake appointments last about 1-1.5 hours, depending on what type of treatment you are seeking. Clients can usually start classes the following week or sooner after their intake.



How soon can I get in for my Intake Appointment?

We will need you to complete your intake paperwork before you can be scheduled to meet with a counselor for the intake appointment. Please view our Intake Process page for further information. Click Here.



What other types of services do you offer?

We offer Individual Treatment, Couple's Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Evaluations, and more. Please feel free to check out all of our services under the Services tab at the top of the webpage.



Do you offer Domestic Violence Evaluations?

No, we do not. 



Can I get proof that I completed classes at your agency?
Yes, feel free to stop by during our office hours and we can provide you with documented proof of your progress at our agency. Please call ahead if possible.

 
Can I complete my urine screens at your location?
Yes, we offer monitored sobriety for urine screens, breathalyzers, oral swabs, and Antabuse at our Chambers & Colfax location. We currently do not offer these services at our Buckley & Quincy location.

 
What hours can I come in to complete my urine screens?
You can complete urine screens any time during our open office hours. Please call ahead to verify there is a male or female present that day.



Am I able to submit urine screens for Peer Assistance?

Yes, feel free to stop by during our office hours to submit for Peer Assistance. Pricing for Peer Assistance UAs may vary.
